Hard copy claims are printed nightly and processed the following business day. The claims processor will verify all electronic batches and pull corresponding acknowledgment reports as returned by the carrier. We currently process claims in 20 states for over 15 specialties.

Fees for services include practice overhead costs such as statement billing, collection letter mailing, and employee costs. 

 

Medical Services supplies many reports at month-end. Each facility has access to pull month end reports on-line after the month end has processed. Standard month end reports include charges, payments and adjustments, by location and provider. A completed aged trial balance report by location, productivity reports and collection trending reports are also standard. In addition, many custom reports are available based on each client’s needs.
