(Chattanooga, Tennessee)— Thirty-two employees representing North American Credit Services (NACS) and Medical Services of Chattanooga recently earned 'Quality Assurance' continuing education certifications upon completing a comprehensive, hands-on training.
The seminar presented by ACA International was held at the newly opened Residence Inn and Conference Center near Hamilton Place. Participants learned techniques and tools to help evaluate potential challenges and resolve them effectively to achieve greater client satisfaction and vital role of professional quality assurance. ACA International is the world's largest trade association for the credit and collection industry.
