May 20, 2014 -- Anyone previously passing by the intersection of Walker Road and Lee Highway in Chattanooga, Tennessee may have commonly described this corner salvage yard as an eyesore; seeing it heaped full of rusting vehicles, scrap metal, old tires, and a small dilapidated structure; likely could never imagine the new grass growth and freshly planted trees that have now begun taking root.
"It has been my goal for some-time now, to purchase, redevelop and transform this adjacent property to closer align with our campus and corporate professional image," shared Dallas S. Bunton, Sr. neighboring business-owner and CEO of North American Credit Services and Medical Services of Chattanooga. "We've taken great care and pride over the years, when either expanding or in maintaining our existing buildings, parking areas and grounds to reflect our aspired level of excellence for our employees, our clients and to be good business neighbors."
The recently renovated property will also provide an employee pavilion for company special events, picnic areas for work breaks and additional parking for NACS growing work force; with currently 275 employees. "This project was a complete environmental transformation and not a simple task due to the sizable amount of stuff that had been piled up on this property over the years." stated Bunton. "I believe the before and after photos really help tell the story best."
