Medical Services in conjunction with North American Credit Services, Inc. recently concluded multiple fundraising activities at its headquarters in Chattanooga, Tenn., to support the Stop Soldier Suicide Foundation.
Medical Services owners Dallas S. Bunton, Sr. and Beverly J. Bunton committed to match dollar-for- dollar, plus a company donation of $3,000 in addition to what was raised, for a grand 2016 total of $5,800.
"For way too long these heroes that have served our country and kept us safe, have often lost everything for themselves in the process," Mr. Bunton, who served in Korea during the Pueblo Crisis with the 7th Infantry Division on the Demilitarized Zone, said.
The company held a benefit lunch on Sept. 16 with special guests U.S. Army Sgt. Andrew Smith and his father Todd shown in photo on right.
The company's support of the Stop Soldier Suicide Foundation was also featured on WRCB-TV in Chattanooga.
