Medical Services employees took part in the National Customer Service festivities throughout the month of October.
The initiative is organized to promote and support year-round quality customer service. "Delivering high quality, customer service excellence is a part of our mission and core philosophy," said CEO and Chairman Dallas S. Bunton, Sr.
To further support the initiative, NACS and Medical Services coordinated a series of client-focused activities throughout the month including team rallies, 'Shining Star' pop-quizzes with prizes and the celebrated 'Four Fun Friday's' team-spirit T-shirt days.
This year's kick-off coincided with the company's annual WALKtober employee wellnes fair, where employees also wore the color pink in support of increased awareness of breast cancer and regular wellness checks.
"Two of our most popular employee Fun-Friday's each year on campus are the favorite sports team shirts and the go pink for the cause," Bunton said. "It's great fun all in support of maintaining a positive attitude in our workplace."
